It must be,oooh,
a month or more
since we last complained
about our daughter´s mind
about the way she eats
and the friends she meets
or the mud on our stair
and the state of her hair
there must be something wrong
now for so long
we have tried to give up in despair
in this imagenary cage to hold her
it is this unbelievable force
of an opinion´s divorce
to let her crawl in responsibility
but we do not know if she is ready
it is like a struggle of fear
neither her nor a single tear
can help us with this decision
or fight such a horribly vision
there is something in her mind
we have already find
it is her wish to be free
but it is hard to agree
she has growing up
it seemes that we have not
what is the right behaviour for her age
what is the key to her cage?

Dieses Gedicht mussten wir für Englisch schreiben.Wir hatten zuvor ein Gedicht gelesen mit demselben Titel,das aus der Sicht einer Tochter geschrieben war.Wir sollten nun eines aus der Sicht der Eltern schreiben,dass den gleichen Anfang hat (it must be oooh a month or more since we last complain) und es sollte 28 Zeilen haben.Ausserdem sollte am Ende eine Frage stehen,die ein Symbol beinhaltet)

I really like it!
It's a very typical description of a teenage girl and her parents, and I'm sure there are many people, who can identify with that.
(There is one grammar mistake you can't excuse by poetry: she has growing up. Make it she has grown up or is growing up.  )

ajo das hätt ich wohl =) Aber naja ^^ is doch lieb,dass manche auch auf englische Kollegen Rücksicht nehmen
