Als ich aus dem Dunkel ins Licht trete, ist es, als würde ich plötzlich eine ungeheure Energie in mir aufnehmen, als würde ich neu geboren.
Ich sauge alles in mir auf und gleichzeitig löse ich mich von allem Alten und Vergangenen. Ein seltsam wunderbares Gefühl von neuem Leben, neuer Freiheit fließt durch meine Adern.
Ich hebe mein Gesicht zum Himmel, breite meine Arme weit aus und habe das Gefühl plötzlich fliegen zu können.
Diese unbeschwerte Leichtigkeit trägt mich fort in eine Welt, die ich nicht kenne. Landschaften und Plätze an denen ich oft zuvor gewesen bin, erstrahlen auf einmal in völlig neuem Licht.
Ich genieße dieses Neue in einer mir völlig vertrauten Welt. Es erfüllt mich mit einem Gefühl höchster Zufriedenheit.
Eine Ausgeglichenheit, die ich bisher nie gekannt habe, breitet sich in mir und um mich herum aus.
Ich habe den Tod überwunden. Ich weiß nun, ich werde ewig leben.

Stepping out of the dark into light I feel like suddenly resuming an incredible energy within me, feel like being resurrected.
I’m absorbing everything into me and at the same time I break away from all the old and past. An oddly wonderful feeling of new life, of new liberty is floating through my venes.
I lift my face to the sky, I open my arms up wide and suddenly got a feeling as if I could fly.
This carefree easiness is carrying me away into world I don’t know. Landscapes and places I’ve never been to before are all of a sudden shining in a totally different kind a light.
I enjoy this fresh components in a world that seems completely familiar to me. It is satisfying me with a feeling of deepest confidence.
A balancy never discovered before is spreading inside of me and all around me.
I have overcome death. I know now I am gonna live forever.
