What shall you do...
When you don’t know what to do?
When you don’t know where to go?
When you don’t know who’s the right to follow?
Who’s the one, who takes me by the hand...
When I don’t know what to do?
When I don’t know where to go?
When I don’t know if it’s right?
There are so many questions,
And nobody who answers them.
There are so many answers,
And none of them is the right one.
They don’t like it seeing you crying.
But what do they do for it?
Nothing. They just keep you hanging.
Nobody comes to get off the rope that’s put round your neck.
If you are drowned in tears, they turn away.
“Don’t do! We hate it!”
The only thing they think of, are theirselves.
If you are broken into pieces and there’s a fake smile on your face, they say:
“Good child! That’s how we want you to be!”
They join in your false smile.
Where’s the one...
Who offers you a handkerchief to desiccate your tears?
Who hugs you without any reason?
Who laughs with you or at least tries to make you laugh?
I miss the feeling.
I miss the feeling to be wanted.
To make someone laugh.
To be a part of somebody’s world.
I’ve lost it. But will I find it again?
